COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Boiled: Boil 8 cups water. Add the pelmeni, boiling gently for 7 - 8 minutes.
Fried: Follow instructions for boiled, drained pelmeni, lightly browning both sides, over medium heat.
Deep - fried: Deep - fry frozen pelmenis for 3 - 4 minutes in 350* oil, or until they are golden and crispy.
Serving suggestion: serve hot with sour cream, vinegar, and pepper to taste.
